The Ecommerce Coordinator helps grow Etna Supply's online presence by improving search visibility, supporting ecommerce operations, and tracking website performance. This role focuses on SEO, AI search optimization (AEO), analytics, product data management, and ecommerce customer support. Working closely with the Digital Product Owner and Marketing Director, the Ecommerce Coordinator plays a key role in driving online traffic, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting the company's digital growth.

Typical Responsibilities

These include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase website traffic and online visibility.
  • Optimize Etna Supply's presence across AI-powered search platforms through Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
  • Monitor and report on website performance, including traffic, search rankings, conversions, and revenue.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve results.
  • Stay current on search engine algorithms and AI search trends to maintain strong online visibility.
  • Support day-to-day ecommerce operations, including product listings, site updates, and product data management.
  • Partner with the Digital Product Owner to improve the ecommerce experience and resolve customer issues.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align digital strategies with company initiatives.
  • Enhance website content, metadata, and site structure to improve search performance.
  • Maintain accurate analytics dashboards, reports, and documentation.

Education & Experience

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, & ecommerce.

Knowledge

  • Understanding SEO best practices and search engine optimization.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar SEO tools.
  • Basic understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to analyze data and make recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI search optimization (AEO).
  • Experience with the Znode ecommerce platform.
  • Knowledge of HubSpot.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Experience creating marketing or website performance reports.
