Job Type: Contract Nov, Dec, Jan/ PRN Status (Commitment of 2 Shifts per Week required)

Sylva Valley Health & Rehab is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) to join a growing in-house team focused on stability, teamwork, and strong resident care.

• 12-hour shifts: 7a-7p or 7p–7a
• PRN (2 shifts a week required)

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per physician orders and care plans
• Complete assessments and monitor for changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Communicate with providers, families, and the interdisciplinary team as needed
• Supervise and support LPNs/CNAs as appropriate
• Document care clearly and timely
• Maintain a safe, respectful, resident-centered environment

• Active Registered Nurse (RN)/Licensed Practical Nurse (LPNs) license (NC/or unencumbered)
• Skilled nursing/long-term care experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and dependable attendance
