VDYNE is a clinical-stage medical device company focused on developing innovative transcatheter valve solutions for tricuspid regurgitation (TR), a life-threatening condition. With its patented side-delivery technology, VDYNE enables minimally invasive procedures, expanding treatment options for TR patients. Headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota, VDYNE is actively conducting clinical studies across the United States, Europe, and Australia.

The company's mission is to transform patient outcomes through groundbreaking advancements in medical technology. This position will be instrumental in helping VDYNE achieve these ambitious goals.

THE ROLE

As a Valve Specialist, you'll work on the manufacturing floor as part of the team that physically builds VDYNE's tricuspid valve replacement system. The components you assemble and the quality standards you uphold have a direct line to patient outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision craftsmanship, thrives in a structured and regulated environment, and wants to be part of a small team doing meaningful work.

  • Ensure job documentation is accurate and up to date

  • 6–12 months of experience in a medical device or other regulated production environment
  • Cleanroom experience

WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE DIFFERENT

You'll be building a device that directly improves the lives of patients who currently have very few treatment options, on a small team where your contributions are seen and valued. As VDYNE scales toward commercial production, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills, joining at a pivotal moment in our growth.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULING

We offer flexible start and finish times between 3:00 AM and 6:00 PM, because life outside of work matters too.
