Ramona Medical Clinic / Patient First Physicians Group is a 35+ year established private practice in Hemet–San Jacinto, CA, seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our outpatient team.

What We're Offering

• $300,000 base salary + RVU/production bonus
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
• Outpatient only, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM
• No weekends, no weekend call
• 18–25 patients/day with an established panel

Qualifications

• MD/DO, board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics
• California medical license and DEA (or eligibility)
• A passion for relationship-centered primary care
