Re-Bath is one of the fastest-growing bathroom remodeling companies in the Pacific Northwest, and we're adding Brand Ambassadors to our field marketing team. This isn't a desk job. You'll get a company vehicle and spend your week out with people: in stores, at home shows, and at community events.

What you'll do

• Own the results for a group of our national home-improvement retail partner stores. Your stores, your numbers.

• Lead product training for store associates, from presentations to groups at classroom sessions and morning store huddles to quick one-on-ones in the aisle, so they can spot and refer remodel customers.

• Build real relationships with store managers, supervisors, and key associates, and recognize the people who send leads our way.

• Work a Re-Bath display in your stores about 16 hours a week, talking with homeowners and setting appointments.

• Represent Re-Bath at home shows, fairs, festivals, and vendor events.

• Help coach and develop our Lead Generators in the field.

• Track your activity and review store results with your Field Marketing Manager.

What we're looking for

• Strong presentation skills. You’re comfortable speaking in front of a group, whether it’s a room full of store associates or a crowd at a home show, and just as good one-on-one.

• Experience in promotions, retail, hospitality, customer service, or sales

• A self-starter who can manage a busy schedule and work independently

• Availability for early-morning store huddles and weekends

• A valid driver's license, a driving record that meets our insurance requirements, and the ability to pass a background check.

• The ability to stand and walk most of the day and lift up to 45 lbs.

• High school diploma required. Home improvement experience is a plus.
