At Martha & Mary, we believe that compassionate care goes beyond physical needs. We're looking for a caring, dedicated Chaplain to join our team and provide spiritual guidance, emotional support, and meaningful connections to the residents, families, and staff we serve.

• Provide spiritual and emotional support to residents, families, and staff through individual visits, pastoral care, and grief support.

• Lead and coordinate chapel services, Bible studies, memorial services, and other spiritual programs.

• Partner with local churches, pastors, and community organizations to support residents' spiritual needs.

• Coordinate and support volunteers who assist with worship services, music, and spiritual activities.

• Encourage resident participation in meaningful activities, including our woodshop and Art & You programs.

• Collaborate with our nursing, resident life, and leadership teams to support the overall well-being of those we serve.

• Chaplain or Pastor License required.

• Master's degree in Divinity preferred.

• Previous experience serving in a pastoral or spiritual care role.

• A compassionate, approachable personality and a genuine passion for working with seniors.

• Strong communication, listening, and organizational skills.

• Ability to provide comfort, encouragement, and support with professionalism and sensitivity.

• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and treating everyone with dignity and respect.
