Entry Level Sales - Spanish Preferred in SPRING, Texas at A Maxie Insurance- Farmers Agency

Responsibilities:

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity, including financial products.
• Maintain knowledge of new products.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Maintain client relationships through follow-up phone calls.

Requirements:

• Spanish preferred, but open to trainable candidates.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Problem-Solving Capabilities.
• Successful sales background.
• Driven and goal-oriented individual.
• Property and Casualty insurance license (must be willing to obtain).

Benefits:

• Base pay $15 - $18 per hour depending on licensing and experience
• Commission available if licensed
