To support the efficient operation of the stores function by receiving, storing, controlling and issuing materials and components to ensure production requirements are met accurately and on time.

• Receive deliveries and check goods against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
• Accurately record goods received, stock movements and materials issued using the relevant systems.
• Pick, prepare and issue materials and components to support production requirements.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and carry out regular stock checks.
• Ensure materials are correctly labelled, stored and traceable.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods and shortages.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe stores environment.
• Follow company health and safety, quality and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with Production, Purchasing and other departments to support operational requirements.

• Previous experience in a stores, warehouse or manufacturing environment is desirable.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Basic IT skills and the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Awareness of health and safety and stock control procedures.
