Job Description

AI Senior Consultant

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for an AI Senior Consultant in United States.

This role sits at the intersection of Microsoft business applications and applied artificial intelligence, focused on turning Copilot, automation, and agentic AI into real, production-ready business solutions. You will work directly with clients to design and deliver intelligent automation built on the Microsoft ecosystem, with Dynamics 365 Business Central at the core. The position combines hands-on technical delivery with strategic consulting, helping organizations move from AI experimentation to measurable operational impact. You will build and deploy Copilot Studio agents, Power Automate workflows, and AI-driven applications that streamline business processes and reduce manual effort. At the same time, you will shape internal AI capabilities by applying the same solutions inside the organization as a “Customer Zero” approach. This is a highly visible, builder-focused consulting role where your work directly defines future service offerings and delivery standards.

Accountabilities
You will lead the design and delivery of AI-driven solutions while helping scale internal and external adoption of intelligent automation, including:
  • Leading client-facing discovery, scoping, and solution design sessions for AI and automation initiatives within Microsoft Business Applications environments.
  • Building Copilot Studio agents and integrating Microsoft Copilot, and other AI tools, with Dynamics 365 Business Central data and workflows.
  • Developing Power Automate flows, AI Builder models, and Dataverse-based solutions to automate and optimize business processes.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities including demos, workshops, solution proposals, and statements of work for AI-related engagements.
  • Translating Microsoft’s evolving agentic AI roadmap into practical solutions and delivery strategies for clients and internal teams.
  • Running internal “Customer Zero” initiatives by designing and implementing AI solutions that improve delivery, operations, and support processes.
  • Enabling broader consulting teams through training, reusable assets, and AI adoption best practices.
  • Contributing to the packaging and development of repeatable AI and automation service offerings.
Requirements

The ideal candidate is a hands-on consultant with strong Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform expertise, combined with proven AI solution delivery experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including functional implementation knowledge and familiarity with AL extensions.
  • Demonstrated experience delivering production-grade solutions using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and AI Builder.
  • Strong expertise across the Power Platform ecosystem, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related tools.
  • Proven ability to lead customer-facing engagements including workshops, discovery sessions, demos, and solution design discussions.
  • Ability to independently take ambiguous business problems and translate them into shipped AI or automation solutions.
  • Strong consulting communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Preferred: Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or Customer Engagement (CRM).
  • Preferred: Exposure to RPA tools, Microsoft AI certification paths, or external AI platforms such as ChatGPT or Claude.
  • Preferred: Experience packaging consulting offerings or working in industry-specific vertical solutions.
Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $170,000.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision plans.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan to support long-term financial security.
  • Generous paid time off including holidays, vacation, and sick leave.
  • Fully remote work flexibility across North America.
  • Opportunity to shape AI strategy, offerings, and delivery standards from an early-stage capability.
  • High-impact consulting role with strong visibility and ownership over innovation initiatives.
