This role is designed for a strategic consulting professional who will lead complex client engagements in the healthcare market access space, helping life sciences organizations define and optimize pricing, access, and commercialization strategies. You will act as the primary client-facing leader, overseeing project delivery, guiding cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality insights and recommendations that directly influence market access decisions. The position requires a strong blend of consulting expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and leadership skills to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders. You will be responsible for translating complex research and data into clear, actionable strategies that support product positioning and reimbursement success. Working in a fast-paced and collaborative consulting environment, you will mentor junior team members while building trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of healthcare strategy, analytics, and commercial execution.
- Lead end-to-end project workstreams within market access and pricing consulting engagements for healthcare and life sciences clients.
- Serve as the primary client-facing lead, managing relationships, expectations, and communication throughout project delivery.
- Oversee the development of pricing, access, and commercialization strategies based on primary and secondary research insights.
- Conduct and guide primary research with key stakeholders such as payers, physicians, and key opinion leaders.
- Translate complex data and research findings into clear, actionable recommendations and executive-level presentations.
- Manage project plans, timelines, and resources to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of client commitments.
- Mentor and supervise analysts and consultants, ensuring strong collaboration and professional development within the team.
- Contribute to practice development through knowledge sharing, thought leadership, and internal capability building.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Life Sciences, or a related field, with strong academic performance.
- 3–5+ years of consulting or healthcare analytics experience in pharmaceuticals, biotech, medical devices, or diagnostics.
- Strong understanding of global pricing, reimbursement, and market access strategies.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles within consulting or healthcare advisory environments.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to synthesize complex information into insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including executive-level storytelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Experience in mentoring or leading junior team members is a plus.
- Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) or scientific/economics background is a plus.
