Our clients are retired executives and busy professionals who need an extra set of dependable, experienced, kind, and compassionate hands to care for their aging loved ones in the comfort of their home. Sometimes, home is a condo, private residence, an in-law suite at a daughter’s home or an apartment in a retirement community.

We take expert wellness and supportive living services into the homes of our clients, so they do not need to move in a different setting when they there is a need for care.

You know those seniors who think they could never walk again because they have lost strength from being in a hospital too long? Yes, those seniors. We help them regain their sense of independence.

We have a special department that helps older patients to GET HOME, STAY HOME, STAY OUT OF THE HOSPITAL & THRIVE living life on their own terms regardless of any life limiting diagnosis.

We are looking for the kind of person who:
✔ Loves seniors
✔ Interested in helping them have a good day, is friendly, people-person, who has great customer service skills and willing to learn these skills, has some office and human service experience
✔ A person with caregiving experience or training such as an allied health professional, medical assistant, medical secretary, a patient care tech, a professional caregiver, who has cared for a loved one in the past.

We have a brand-new opening for LEAD CAREGIVERS for Placer County and Sacramento County who can work full time hours. It’s a position that has 3 parts:
✔ IN-HOME caregiving
✔ Management & Leadership
✔ Customer service

The main duties of a Lead Caregiver include;

* Serving as the team leader in the clean and beautiful homes of our clients.
**
* Hands on care onboarding the new clients while helping new team members learn the ropes
**
* Serving as the lead customer person for the client’s team
**
* Supporting the operations department of the agency
**
* Serving as the after -hours coordinator of the agency one week out of the month.

It’s a full-time position 30-40 hours a week with alternating weekend on call work, good pay and seven awesome benefits.

This person will work with our Geriatric Wellness Manager and Clients Operations Specialist to help manage office operations, customer service, coverage for in home caregiving and help clients and staff members stay happy.
