Job Description
Location: Bedford, OH
Shift: 2nd (2:45-11 pm)
About the Role
The Quality Inspector ensures our products meet the required quality standards according to customer specifications. You will help develop and enforce good inspection and manufacturing practices, validate processes and provide documentation to meet quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform quality inspections of products at each stage in the production process
- Follow control plans for the jobs that are in production
- Perform visual and dimensional tests of parts to ensure product meets specifications
- Document and communicate results to appropriate parties
- Keep organized all required tools, labels, work instructions
- Train and coach operators on how to appropriately verify quality of parts across a wide variety of parts in production
Job Requirements
- Experience performing visual quality checks according to written specifications
- Experience using a caliper and other basic measuring tools to perform quality inspections
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and product drawings
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Access, etc) required
- High attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively in a face-paced team environment
- Some lifting (~35 lbs), bending, twisting may be required
- Ability to be on your feet for a large portion of the day.
- High school diploma or equivalent highly preferred.
- Injection molding experience preferred but not required.
