Working closely with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams, you will design scalable solutions that improve efficiency, strengthen data quality, and support strategic decision-making. The position offers a blend of administration, development, architecture, and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both hands-on technical work and cross-functional collaboration. As the organization continues to grow, you will have the opportunity to influence technology strategy, lead key initiatives, and expand into a broader leadership role while helping teams maximize the value of their Salesforce ecosystem.

Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the Salesforce platform, including administration, development, maintenance, and optimization activities.
  • Manage user access, profiles, permissions, security settings, and system governance to ensure a secure and efficient environment.
  • Design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions, including objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, Flows, Apex code, and Lightning components.
  • Build and enhance dashboards, reports, and analytics tools that support data-driven decision-making across Finance, Sales, Operations, and other business units.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize Salesforce AI capabilities and automation tools to improve productivity and business insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Support system upgrades, testing, deployment processes, troubleshooting, and change management initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and platform performance through ongoing audits, monitoring, and maintenance activities.
  • Lead user training initiatives, provide ongoing support, and promote best practices to increase platform adoption and effectiveness.
  • Document configurations, processes, technical solutions, and governance standards to support long-term platform sustainability.

Requirements:

  • 5–8 years of hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience in complex business environments.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I/II, or Certinia-related credentials are highly desirable.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce declarative tools, including Flow Builder and advanced automation capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and custom Salesforce development.
  • Experience supporting or administering Certinia PSA and Financial Management solutions is strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot) and related marketing automation technologies is advantageous.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, data management practices, and platform governance.
  • Experience with integrations using REST and SOAP APIs, as well as data migration and ETL tools such as Data Loader or similar solutions.
  • Knowledge of deployment processes, sandbox management, release management, and change control methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting finance, accounting, FP&A, or operational teams is considered a strong asset.

Benefits:

  • Competitive annual salary ranging from $125,000 to $145,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for discretionary performance-based bonus opportunities.
  • Fully remote work arrangement within the United States.
  • Comprehensive healthcare and employee benefits package.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company contribution.
  • Generous paid time off and holiday benefits.
  • Employee wellness programs and well-being initiatives.
  • Exposure to high-impact, cross-functional projects and strategic business initiatives.
  • Strong opportunities for professional growth, leadership development, and career advancement.
  • Collaborative, mission-driven culture focused on innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
