  • Support complex commercial negotiations involving procurement, legal, executive stakeholders, pricing transitions, and multi-product agreements.
  • Translate successful negotiation patterns into scalable playbooks, frameworks, and enablement materials for broader organizational use.
  • Contribute to long-term strategy and operational evolution of the Contract Management function as the organization grows.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience leading customer-facing teams in a B2B SaaS environment, with a strong focus on coaching, performance development, and team leadership.
  • Proven expertise in managing or overseeing complex renewals, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations with enterprise customers.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance customer partnership with business priorities and revenue protection.
  • Experience building or improving scalable operational systems, workflows, and processes in fast-growing environments.
  • Ability to manage renewal forecasting, risk identification, and account planning with strong analytical discipline.
  • Demonstrated success collaborating across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, Product, and RevOps functions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive or complex customer conversations.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to operate in ambiguity and develop structured solutions.
  • Data-driven approach to decision-making, using metrics and insights to improve outcomes and performance.
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package including base salary, bonus, and potential equity
  • Remote work flexibility within the United States
  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage (where applicable)
  • Unlimited PTO with strong encouragement for work-life balance
  • Equity options with long-term value potential
  • Learning and development support, including education and professional growth budgets
  • Fully paid family leave (where applicable)
  • Equipment, tools, and workspace support for remote productivity
  • Opportunity to work in a high-ownership, high-impact environment.
