This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Staff Engineer, Salesforce Health Cloud in India.
This role is a senior technical leadership position focused on designing and delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for complex healthcare ecosystems. You will play a critical role in shaping architecture and guiding end-to-end implementation across patient/member management, care programs, and healthcare workflows. The position involves translating highly complex clinical and operational requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to define best practices and ensure high-quality delivery. This is a hands-on leadership role combining architecture ownership, technical governance, and team mentorship. You will also contribute to long-term platform strategy, innovation initiatives, and continuous improvement of healthcare technology solutions.
- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and delivery of Salesforce Health Cloud solutions for large-scale healthcare implementations.
- Translate complex healthcare business requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant Salesforce architectures aligned with industry standards (HIPAA/PHI).
- Define and govern technical architecture across Salesforce core, Health Cloud extensions, integrations, automation, and data models.
- Guide development teams in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
- Design and oversee integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and healthcare standards such as FHIR and HL7.
- Lead full delivery lifecycle activities including solution design, development oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Provide technical governance through design/code reviews, performance tuning, and enforcement of Salesforce best practices.
- Mentor and lead distributed Salesforce teams, ensuring alignment, accountability, and high-quality delivery standards.
- Collaborate with program managers and stakeholders to manage scope, risks, timelines, and delivery commitments.
- Drive innovation through PoCs, platform enhancements, and adoption of new Salesforce Health Cloud capabilities.
- 7.5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture, with strong expertise in Health Cloud implementations.
- Deep knowledge of Health Cloud capabilities including Care Plans, Care Programs, Care Teams, Patient/Member Profiles, Care Gaps, and Utilization Management.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce technologies including Apex, LWC, Flows, Triggers, Batch Apex, and APIs.
- Proven expertise in enterprise integration design using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and healthcare standards (FHIR, HL7).
- Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems including EHR/EMR systems, payer/provider workflows, and patient lifecycle management.
- Experience leading architecture decisions across data models, security frameworks, and scalable system design.
- Strong DevOps experience with tools such as Copado, Git, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins.
- Experience working in Agile or SAFe environments, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and release cycles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to mentor teams, enforce engineering standards, and drive technical excellence across distributed teams.
