Delivery Driver – Performance-Based Pay | Revolution Auto Parts

Revolution Auto Parts is a modern, environmentally friendly auto recycler based in Monroe, NC. We help people in our community get back on the road, and we take pride in doing things the right way and taking care of our team.

We’re growing and looking for drivers who like to stay busy, work independently, and get paid for their effort.

Pay: Per mile + per stop (average $900–$1,300+ per week)

Schedule: Monday–Friday NO Weekends!

Start Time: Flexible between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM

Benefits: Medical, dental, vision + 401(k) after 90 days

You’ll start your day by getting your route and heading out on the road.

Throughout the day, you’ll:

Deliver auto parts to customers

Move quickly and stay on schedule

Double-check orders before each delivery

Take a photo at every stop (this is required)

Provide friendly, professional service

Some days will be smooth. Some won’t. Traffic, changes, and busy days happen. The drivers who succeed here stay focused, adjust quickly, and keep moving.

You’ll work on your own most of the day, but you’re still part of a team. Good drivers communicate early, take responsibility, and step in to help when needed.

· Experience driving a box truck or delivery vehicle or moving vehicle

· Background in delivery, logistics, or moving services preferred

· Comfortable managing routes independently

· Customer-facing experience preferred

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Ability to pass drug screen and background check

· Ability to work full-time Monday–Friday – NO Weekends!!

· Comfortable using smartphone for navigation and documentation
