Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Arrive by 7:45 AM)
Enjoy your Fridays off!

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing calls on multiple phone lines
• Scheduling patient appointments
• Discussing treatment plans and finance options with patients
• Verifying dental insurance benefits
• Calling on reports
• General front desk duties to ensure smooth office operations

Qualifications:

• Experience with Eaglesoft and dental terminology is a plus!
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for patient care and working in a team environment
