You will represent a highly awarded content studio known for producing nationally distributed media campaigns across TV, radio, streaming, and digital channels.

This is a performance-driven role ideal for a commercially minded professional with deep industry relationships and a passion for media and storytelling.

Accountabilities:
  • Drive new business development for PR & Broadcast Services, identifying, engaging, and closing new clients across agencies, brands, and nonprofit organizations.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship building to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities that generate recurring revenue and long-term client partnerships.
  • Leverage an established network of decision-makers to open doors and accelerate commercial growth.
  • Collaborate with internal production teams, including journalists, producers, and PR strategists, to align client expectations with delivery capabilities.
  • Present service offerings, campaign capabilities, and distribution reach across broadcast and digital media channels.
  • Manage CRM activity, track pipeline performance, and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account leadership within PR services, broadcast media, or a closely related communications field.
  • Proven track record of closing five- and six-figure deals and growing client accounts.
  • Strong existing network within PR agencies, brand marketing teams, or nonprofit communications organizations.
  • Solid understanding of earned media strategies and what constitutes effective campaign execution.
  • Experience managing independent pipelines, forecasting revenue, and driving results in a quota-carrying role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and strong organizational and follow-up discipline.
  • Highly self-directed, resilient, and comfortable operating in a remote, performance-driven environment.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary with uncapped, performance-based commission structure.
  • Full-time remote work within the United States.
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage and employee benefits package.
  • Opportunity to work with an award-winning content and broadcast production team.
  • Exposure to nationally distributed media campaigns across TV, radio, and digital platforms.
  • Strong autonomy and ownership over your pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Collaborative environment with experienced journalists, producers, and PR professionals.
  • Career growth potential within a well-established digital and media services organization.
