International Operations Specialist in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at Bankers Bank

JOB SUMMARY: Provides customer service related to international transactions including ordering/selling foreign currency, processing foreign wires, and being available to help with any and all international questions and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Provides customer assistance in a timely and courteous manner via phone and through correspondence

· Assists customers with incoming/outgoing international wire transfers

· Assists customers with international check processing

· Assists customers with international currency orders

· Ensure compliance by staying up to date with international laws/regulations as well as general financial regulations

· Provides backup for domestic wire processing

· Other duties as assigned by management

MINIMUM SKILLS:

· Accurate and precise processing of different international financial transactions, minimizing errors and mitigating risk

· Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment by actively participating in discussions and sharing knowledge

· Identify inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements to optimize operational processes

· Provide clear and courteous support to internal and external stakeholders.

· Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to learn quickly, meet strict deadlines, and adhere to policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and instructions.

· Basic computer, 10 Key, and MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

· High School diploma or GED required

· Some college preferred

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

· 1 or more years of relevant experience required

· Excellent customer service experience required

· Bank operations experience preferred
