Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple customer implementations simultaneously.
Confidence working directly with customers, facilitating workshops, and engaging with senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in clear, actionable terms.
A consultative mindset, combining active listening with the confidence to challenge existing processes and recommend improvements.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate data handling, reliable execution, and follow-through.
