About the Role:
The Outside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with prospective and existing clients across various New Hampshire. This position requires building and maintaining strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with company offerings. The representative will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals and post-sale follow-up. Success in this role directly impacts the company’s market presence and customer satisfaction levels, making it essential to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to provide feedback that informs product development and marketing strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a similar client-facing sales role.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel frequently within assigned territories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling technical products or services in a competitive market.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or field-based environment.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct in-person meetings and presentations to demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to close sales while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and product teams to address client needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
