We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional with 1-3 years of experience in business analysis within a general industry setting. The ideal candidate will possess an Associate's level education and demonstrate strong skills in business analysis (BA). This role requires a proactive individual capable of supporting product development through effective requirement gathering, analysis, and communication with cross-functional teams.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for product initiatives.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of functional specifications and user stories to guide product development.
• Support the product team by identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities through data analysis and market research.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Participate in testing activities to validate that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by recommending process enhancements and best practices.

• Strong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and tools.
