We're seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of marketing responsibilities, from managing websites and social media to creating marketing materials, supporting product launches, producing video content, and coordinating trade shows.

What You'll Do
Manage and update company websites, including content, navigation, SEO, and job postings.
Monitor website analytics and make recommendations to improve lead generation and performance.
Create and maintain engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Photograph, record, and edit photos and videos for marketing, training, and promotional use.
Design and produce marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, product literature, signage, presentations, and training resources.
Support new product launches through creative content, messaging, videos, and promotional materials.
Coordinate trade show displays, graphics, promotional materials, and event logistics.
Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
Provide marketing support and resources for sales and distribution teams.
Research market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to support marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with outside vendors for printing, promotional products, creative services, and other marketing projects.
Support internal communications and company-wide branding initiatives.
Participate in marketing planning meetings and contribute to the development and execution of marketing initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of marketing, creative services, or related experience.
Experience with website management, SEO, and social media marketing.
Strong graphic design skills and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
Photography and video production experience.
Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in manufacturing or B2B marketing is a plus.
