Job Description

Product Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Product Manager in the United States.

This role offers the opportunity to shape and deliver financial technology products within a complex, highly regulated digital asset ecosystem. You will own end-to-end product development for trading, onboarding, custody, and brokerage-related solutions, working closely with engineering, design, compliance, and external financial partners. The position requires strong ownership across the full product lifecycle—from discovery and requirements gathering to launch and iteration. You will translate business and regulatory needs into clear, actionable product specifications while ensuring alignment between technical execution and strategic objectives. Operating in a fast-paced, startup-style environment, you will help define product direction, prioritize roadmaps, and drive measurable impact through data-informed decisions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex financial workflows, and wants to build infrastructure for next-generation digital asset markets.

Accountabilities
  • Own product features end-to-end, from discovery through launch, across trading, onboarding, custody, and brokerage workflows.
  • Translate business, technical, and regulatory needs into clear BRDs, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define and prioritize product roadmaps, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term platform scalability.
  • Run Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment with engineering and design teams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external financial partners to ensure clear requirements, timelines, and successful product delivery.
  • Maintain structured and traceable documentation in tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Track product performance metrics, analyze adoption data, and use insights to guide iteration and prioritization.
  • Support product testing, release cycles, and user onboarding documentation including guides and release notes.
  • Act as a key point of contact for product-related questions involving trading, settlement, custody, and compliance workflows.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or business analysis within fintech, financial services, or high-growth technology environments.
  • Experience working with financial products such as trading systems, payments, lending, custody, brokerage, or related domains.
  • Strong understanding of financial workflows including onboarding, transaction processing, settlement, or compliance processes.
  • Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and product analytics platforms.
  • Ability to translate complex financial, technical, or regulatory requirements into clear and actionable product specifications.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, business, compliance, and external partners.
  • Proven ability to write detailed user stories, process flows, and product documentation that guide execution.
  • Familiarity with regulated environments (e.g., FINRA, SEC) is a plus, along with a willingness to learn within compliance-driven contexts.
  • Nice to have: experience in fintech startups, digital assets, blockchain platforms, API integrations, or broker-dealer systems.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in fast-evolving product environments.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000, based on experience.
  • Fully remote work environment with provided equipment.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance coverage.
  • Equity participation through stock options.
  • Opportunity to work on cutting-edge digital asset and fintech infrastructure products.
  • Exposure to high-impact, startup-style product development with significant ownership and autonomy.
