This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing technology professional to lead Salesforce and Marketo consulting initiatives for global clients. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to optimize marketing automation strategies, improve lead management processes, and strengthen Salesforce-Marketo integrations. You will play a key role in advising clients on best practices, conducting discovery sessions, and implementing scalable solutions that drive measurable business outcomes. The position requires both technical expertise and strong communication skills to engage effectively with international teams and decision-makers. Ideal candidates are proactive consultants who enjoy solving complex challenges and delivering high-impact CRM and marketing automation solutions in a dynamic remote environment.
- Lead client discussions and discovery workshops to gather requirements and provide strategic consulting on Salesforce and Marketo solutions.
- Configure, optimize, and manage all aspects of Marketo marketing automation processes and administration.
- Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and Marketo to improve lead lifecycle management and reporting accuracy.
- Provide recommendations and best practices to optimize campaign execution, lead generation, and conversion tracking.
- Support campaign execution initiatives and ensure alignment between marketing and sales operations.
- Analyze existing system setups and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, automation, and data visibility.
- Deliver ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for Salesforce and Marketo platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of client objectives and technical solutions.
- 8+ years of experience working with Salesforce and Marketo platforms in consulting or implementation roles.
- Strong hands-on expertise across all aspects of Marketo, including marketing automation, campaign management, and administration.
- Proven experience integrating Marketo with Salesforce and optimizing data synchronization processes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage confidently with US-based clients and stakeholders.
- Experience leading client meetings, gathering business requirements, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Strong understanding of lead management, campaign execution, and marketing operations best practices.
- Ability to work independently, proactively manage priorities, and provide consultative guidance in a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach to system optimization and support.
