At Beck’s, we’re looking for a Director of Car Wash Operations to oversee our growing car wash division across three locations, with plans for three more. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on supporting teams, improving operations, driving results, and helping continue the growth of the business as we expand. Additionally, you will need to roll up your sleeves from time to time and help the washes with trouble shooting and urgent mechanical issues.

• Leading and supporting car wash managers and site teams
• Overseeing daily operations across multiple locations
• Driving operational performance, customer experience, and profitability
• Supporting hiring, coaching, and employee development
• Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and operational standards
• Helping minimize downtime and improve wash performance
• Helping support the continued growth and expansion of Beck’s car wash operations

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to build accountability and motivate teams
• Organized, dependable, and solution focused
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional and team-oriented mindset
• Clean driving record and willingness to travel between locations
• Leadership or operations experience preferred
• Mechanically ale and excellent at troubleshooting
