Position: Secondary Office Administrative Assistant
Classification: Full-Time Hourly, Non-Exempt

Lenawee Christian Ministries provides Christ-centered education, spiritual development, and wellness services to the Lenawee County community, centered around Jesus Christ. The ministry is made up of two operating entities: Lenawee Christian School and the Christian Family Centre, located in Adrian, MI.
Position Summary.
The Secondary Office Administrative Assistant serves as a key operational and hospitality resource within the Secondary School Office. This role provides administrative, clerical, and student support services while helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and Christ-centered environment for students, families, staff, and visitors.
The Administrative Assistant supports daily school operations through attendance management, communications coordination, student records support, front office administration, and athletic department assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced school environment.
Key Responsibilities.
Front Office & Reception
- Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and incoming communications. Create a welcoming, professional, and Christ-centered atmosphere within the Secondary Office. Manage front desk operations, including:
- Visitor check-in/check-out Phone and email communications General office support functions
Attendance & Student Records
Communication & Coordination
Administrative Support
Student Health & Safety Support
Mission Integration
