Job Title:
Book Block Maker
Produce high-quality book blocks while operating production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:- Operate book block manufacturing equipment and machinery.
- Review production specifications and job requirements.
- Inspect materials and finished products for quality assurance.
- Perform machine adjustments and minor troubleshooting.
- Maintain production output while minimizing waste.
- Follow all safety procedures and housekeeping expectations.
- Complete production documentation accurately.
- Support team operations and cross-training initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
- Reliable attendance and dependability required.
- Willingness to work a 10-hour or 12-hour shift
- Ability to work independently and with a team.
- Previous manufacturing or print production experience preferred.
- Previous bindery or print industry experience.
- Experience operating automated production equipment.
- Knowledge of production workflow and quality systems.
- Forklift or material handling experience.
Compensation: Based on experience, we also offer shift differentials based on the shift.

Available 10-hr shifts - AM Sunday-Wednesday, PM Wednesday-Saturday
Available 12-hr shifts - AM Thursday-Saturday, PM Sunday - Tuesday
