Requirements:Licensed or eligible for licensure to practice Physical Therapy by the Nebraska State Department of Health and Human Services; graduate from an accredited physical therapy educational program; basic life support certification. Display proficiency in the use of standard physical therapy modalities and treatment procedures.
At least 3 years of physical therapy clinical experience required.
Supervisory experience preferred.
