This is a senior technical leadership role responsible for owning and evolving high-impact, global marketing websites that serve diverse audiences across multiple regions and languages. You will oversee both the technical architecture and performance of complex web platforms, ensuring optimal user experience, speed, and conversion outcomes. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic leadership, requiring close collaboration with marketing, product, analytics, and compliance teams. You will lead a small development team while driving experimentation, SEO performance, and continuous website optimization. The environment is highly autonomous and fast-paced, with a strong emphasis on ownership, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. This position is ideal for a leader who can balance coding depth, architectural thinking, and cross-functional influence in a global digital ecosystem.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end performance, architecture, and evolution of global marketing websites, ensuring they deliver strong user experience, high conversion rates, and technical excellence. You will lead a small development team while setting standards, driving execution, and aligning stakeholders around a unified website strategy.
- Own the technical architecture, performance, and reliability of global marketing websites and CMS platforms
- Lead and mentor a small development team, defining standards, delivery processes, and growth plans
- Manage codebases, enforce best practices in version control, code reviews, and release processes
- Drive Core Web Vitals improvements, ensuring high performance across mobile and desktop
- Own technical SEO strategy, including crawlability, indexing, schema, international SEO, and site speed
- Design and execute A/B testing programs using experimentation tools and data insights
- Collaborate with analytics teams to define user research and funnel optimization strategies
- Build and maintain user journeys for multiple ICPs across different regions and languages
- Coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, product, sales, and legal stakeholders
- Oversee compliance with accessibility (WCAG) and data privacy regulations (GDPR)
This role requires deep technical expertise in modern web development combined with strong leadership and cross-functional communication skills. The ideal candidate is both hands-on and strategic, capable of owning complex systems while driving marketing performance outcomes.
- 7+ years of experience in web development, digital marketing technology, or related fields, including leadership experience
- Strong hands-on experience with modern web frameworks such as React, Next.js, Astro, or similar
- Experience with headless CMS platforms such as Strapi, Contentful, or equivalent
- Proven expertise in technical SEO, including Core Web Vitals, schema markup, and international SEO
- Experience running structured A/B testing and experimentation programs (e.g., PostHog, Optimizely, VWO)
- Strong knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4, Google Search Console, and Tag Manager
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, release management, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS)
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and GDPR compliance requirements
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to communicate across technical and executive audiences
- Passion for AI-driven development tools and modern web optimization practices
- Ability to prioritize, manage complexity, and operate independently in a high-ownership environment
