In this role, you will contribute to the development of advanced Salesforce applications, integrations, and automation workflows that drive operational efficiency and business transformation. Accountabilities:
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and declarative automation tools.
  • Build scalable integrations with external systems using REST, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, Salesforce Connect, and Change Data Capture.
  • Develop and optimize custom business logic, asynchronous processing, batch jobs, queueable jobs, and scheduled processes while adhering to Salesforce governor limits and best practices.
  • Create and maintain secure Salesforce data models, validation rules, profiles, permission sets, and sharing configurations.
  • Implement and support CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DX and deployment automation tools such as Copado, Gearset, or AutoRABIT.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, improve platform performance, and support ongoing releases, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including architects, admins, and product owners to refine requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
  • Contribute to development standards, technical documentation, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments.
  • Strong expertise in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, JavaScript, and Salesforce platform architecture.
  • Experience building integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and working with asynchronous processing patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Flow, declarative automation, and Salesforce DX source-driven development practices.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II certification is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce security models, data structures, and performance optimization for large data volumes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD methodologies and modern DevOps practices within Salesforce ecosystems.
  • Experience with Industry Clouds, MuleSoft, Experience Cloud, or AI-related Salesforce capabilities is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently in a remote team environment.
