This is a high-impact commercial role focused on driving growth and expanding market presence across the DACH region within the digital dental technology space.
You will act as a key connector between strategic partners, key opinion leaders, and internal teams, ensuring strong adoption of innovative solutions in a rapidly evolving industry.
The role combines strategic sales execution, relationship management, and market development, with full ownership of customer success and revenue growth.
You will actively identify new business opportunities, analyze market dynamics, and translate insights into actionable sales strategies.

Accountabilities:
  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with distribution partners and key stakeholders across the DACH region (AT & CH focus).
  • Act as the primary contact for partners and key opinion leaders, building strong and long-term professional relationships.
  • Execute sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with partners and customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform strategic decisions.
  • Own revenue targets for assigned accounts and actively contribute to the full sales cycle.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, customer success, and product training teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings.
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within dental, MedTech, healthcare technology, or software industries.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong interest in digital technologies and innovative solutions in healthcare or SaaS environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a strong commercial mindset.
  • Proven ability to work independently with a structured, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial approach.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
  • High willingness to travel across the DACH region.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional environments is a plus.
