Position: Office Manager
Hours: Full-Time Position
Location: Dallas Corporate Office (Oak Cliff)
Unica Enterprises LLC is a growing Dallas-based janitorial, facilities maintenance company serving municipal, commercial, and government clients throughout the DFW, Texas, and Southwestern U.S. regions. We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and motivated Office Manager to support company leadership and assist in the daily coordination of office, HR, recruiting, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist ownership and management with day-to-day office operations
- Support HR and recruiting functions including onboarding coordination, interview scheduling, employee paperwork, and maintaining personnel files
- Help coordinate office communication, scheduling, meetings, and calendars
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems
- Assist with proposal preparation, document formatting, and contract administration
- Assist as needed in accounting matters including payroll and paycheck distribution.
- Coordinate office supply inventory and vendor communication
- Support operations staff with administrative and scheduling needs
- Assist with maintaining company records, reports, insurance certificates, and compliance documents
- Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide professional customer service
- Help organize company meetings, events, and employee functions
- Perform other administrative duties as required of CEO.
Qualifications
- Very strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Associate’s degree, some college coursework, or equivalent professional experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and basic Excel
- Prior office management, administrative, hospitality, salon management, or customer service leadership experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
