Job Description
Security Site Supervisor

Work location: Texas Health Allen - 1105 Central Expwy North, Allen, TX 75013
Work hours: Full-Time Monday-Friday, 6:00am-2:30pm (Hours may vary to support site operations)

Here's What You Need
• H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's degree Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security or closely related field required OR 2 years of supervisory experience in lieu of associate's degree
• Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Security or closely related field preferred
• 2 years security or law enforcement required
• 2 years healthcare or education preferred
• Driver's License Class C and Insurable is required upon hire and
• CSO - Commissioned Security Officer Texas Private Security Level 2 (Not required if have Lvl 3), 14 days of hire required and
• CSO - Commissioned Security Officer Texas level 3 within 60 days of hire required and
• TASER Certification within 60 days of hire required (Two attempts permitted within sixty days) and Annual recertification is required and
• ACPI - Advanced Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 30 Days Required
• Must successfully complete a psychological evaluation.
What You Will Do
• Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates and manages the Texas Health System Security and Police operations, inclusive of physical security assets and security personnel.
• Examines and monitors security department staffing within assigned area to provide optimal levels.
• Provides for the supervision of security personnel.
• Initiates personnel actions such as recruitment, selections, transfers, promotions and discipline or dismissal measures.
• Serves in a primary or support leader for emergency management within the assigned area of responsibility.
• Fills out incident/offense report forms and composes narratives.
• Conducts, supervises, and prepares reports relating to internal investigations of losses or violations of Texas Health physical security policies and procedures or state of Texas laws.
