Warehouse Receiving Associate in Pueblo, Colorado at Sphere Renewables LLC

Overall goal: Manage all receiving, inventory transfers, and data entry processes to ensure inventory accuracy.

Duties and responsibilities:
• Receive inbound materials from suppliers, customers, or internal transfers
• Verify deliveries against:
o Bill of lading
o Delivery notes
o Packing Slips
o Purchase Orders
o Goods movement forms
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor to resolve discrepancies.
• Process goods receipt in ERP system.
• Print and apply material identification labels.
• Transact all inventory transfers ERP system.
• Perform cycle counts
• Scan and file all supporting documents in database.
• Support other warehouse duties as needed.

Environmental, Health & Safety
• Wear required Personal Protective Equipment [PPE]
• Participate in company sponsored safety training
• Follow safe work practices
• Follow safe dock practices
• Report unsafe/hazardous conditions
• Comply with the company’s Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality [HSEQ] Policy, E002

• Work on continuous improvement of all facets under your responsibility and document results.

Requirements
• Experience using various machinery and tools
• Proficient skills in MS Office and ERP systems
• Organizational skills and Attention to detail
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
