About the role
Concept Plus is seeking an Onsite Support Desk Tech to be a Tier 0 to Tier 1 support of customer endpoints (Windows, Mac, Linux) for a client project.
What you'll do
- Work onsite in the Seattle AFSC location to support ticketing system to efficiently deliver IT services to 400 customers spread across Oregon, Washington, and Alaska.
- Maintain regular communication with manager(s)
- Attend weekly virtual team meeting
- Daily completion of timecard
- Must be willing to be on-site 5 days a week
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen
- Basic IT environment experience
- Must be able to work with end-users, communicate clearly, and meet deadlines
- Must be able to maintain Public Trust Clearance (Clearable)
