- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for strategic guidance and campaign performance discussions.
- Lead bi-weekly client meetings to review campaign metrics, provide recommendations, and align on business objectives.
- Develop, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies to achieve target cost-per-appointment and conversion goals.
- Write compelling ad copy, messaging variations, and video sales letter scripts tailored to target audiences.
- Collaborate with creative teams to support the development and testing of advertising assets and campaign concepts.
- Configure and maintain tracking systems, conversion events, pixels, and marketing automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot campaign performance issues, technical integrations, and platform-related challenges to maintain strong results.
- Build strong client relationships that contribute to retention, satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
- 5+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns with a strong focus on Meta advertising platforms.
- Proven success managing multiple client accounts while consistently achieving performance and retention goals.
- Strong copywriting and messaging skills with the ability to create persuasive ad content and campaign scripts.
- Experience with lead generation campaigns, conversion tracking, pixels, and marketing automation tools.
- Familiarity with tools such as Calendly, Zapier, and CRM integrations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and communicate insights clearly to clients.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in client-facing environments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote setting.
- Experience within financial services, appointment-setting funnels, or high-ticket marketing campaigns is considered a strong advantage.
