This role offers the opportunity to manage and enhance a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem supporting multiple business functions such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and Operations. You will play a key part in ensuring platform stability, scalability, and performance while driving continuous improvements across the CRM environment. The position involves working in a dynamic, cross-functional setting where collaboration with analysts, developers, and business stakeholders is essential. You will contribute directly to optimizing workflows, improving data integrity, and enabling smarter business decisions through Salesforce. The environment is fast-paced and highly collaborative, with a strong focus on operational excellence and digital transformation. This is a hands-on technical administration role with strategic impact across the organization.
- Oversee daily Salesforce administration activities including configuration, maintenance, system monitoring, and release management.
- Design, build, and maintain automation solutions such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects.
- Provide Tier 2 support for Salesforce issues, ensuring timely troubleshooting and resolution in collaboration with internal teams.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights and performance tracking.
- Manage system documentation, including configuration updates, change logs, and process documentation.
- Support integrations and data flows with external tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, and related platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable CRM solutions.
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience in a mid-to-large scale organization.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce tools including Flows, Lightning App Builder, Process automation, and permission management.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security architecture (profiles, roles, sharing rules, field-level security).
- Experience with data management tools such as Data Loader and Workbench, with a focus on data accuracy and governance.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator is required; additional certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce-integrated tools such as Salesloft, ZoomInfo, DocuSign, and Tableau is highly desirable.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
