You will collaborate closely with product, operations, marketing, finance, and supply chain functions to ensure partners achieve shared business goals. This is a highly visible role where your decisions directly influence revenue growth, operational efficiency, and partner satisfaction. You will also play a key role in shaping long-term partnership strategy and unlocking new expansion opportunities. The environment is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly collaborative, with significant autonomy and accountability.

Accountabilities:
  • Own full P&L responsibility for strategic partnerships, including revenue, margin, forecasting, and overall performance tracking.
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for external partners, managing communication across commercial, operational, and executive stakeholders.
  • Define and execute post-launch growth strategies, identifying opportunities for expansion in scope, geography, volume, or commercial structure.
  • Translate partnership objectives into structured operating plans, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting cadences.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across product, operations, supply chain, marketing, finance, and legal teams to deliver on partnership commitments.
  • Manage recurring business reviews, including QBRs and ongoing performance discussions, ensuring alignment and proactive issue resolution.
  • Identify operational risks and performance gaps, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement across partnerships.
  • Support negotiation of renewals, expansions, and commercial amendments in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Build clear executive-level narratives and reporting around partnership performance and strategic value creation.
  • Represent the organization in external partner meetings, on-sites, and relevant industry events.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, account management, consulting, business operations, or general management roles.
  • Proven experience owning or scaling a commercial relationship, business line, or partnership with measurable P&L responsibility.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, including forecasting, performance analysis, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority in complex organizational environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience engaging with senior external partners and executives.
  • Strong operator mindset with the ability to manage details, solve problems, and execute in fast-moving environments.
  • Experience in marketplaces, food, CPG, retail, or other operationally complex industries is a plus.
  • High adaptability, entrepreneurial thinking, and comfort navigating evolving priorities and ambiguous challenges.

Benefits:

  • Health insurance coverage
  • 401k retirement plan
  • Stock options granted from day one
  • Bi-annual performance bonus eligibility
  • Unlimited paid time off
  • Paid sabbatical after five years of tenure
  • Paid family leave and compassionate leave
  • Monthly credits to enjoy platform offerings or products
  • Wellness benefits including fitness subsidies
  • Access to AI productivity tools to support daily work and innovation
  • Personalized language coaching and professional development support
  • Inclusive, mission-driven culture focused on impact and innovation
  • Salary range: $130,000 - $170,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications
