Production Team Members Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Will work with company personnel to ensure that general production tasks are performed to include the following:
• Following all company safety guidelines and procedures including LOTO, HazCom, Confined Space, Bloodborne Pathogens and PPE. Never work on moving equipment or bypass safety guards, always follow lock out tag out procedures.
• Assist in the visual inspection of the product being produced on the line. If any abnormalities are observed, immediately notifying the Inspector I and Operator-Team Lead.
• Maintain a clean work environment by consistently blowing down the machinery, where applicable, for both mechanical and performance enhancement. In addition, the area must be cleaned up including gathering trash, fiber, cardboard, empty containers, bags, cups, etc.
• Physical stamina for ability to be on feet for up to 8 hours. Activities such as standing, walking, stooping, bending, pushing, pulling and lifting up to 30 pounds regularly.
• Performs any other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 3 years of experience of production in a manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform minor calculations.
• Willingness to work as as a team.
