Job Description
The Division of Professional Studies prepares students for careers and transfer opportunities through programs in Business Administration, Computer Media Technology, Education, Hospitality, Visual Media Arts, Paralegal and Legal Studies, and Criminal Justice and Public Safety. Taught by experienced professionals and practitioners, programs combine industry expertise with academic instruction to equip students with the knowledge, skills, and critical thinking needed for success in today's workforce and continued education.
BHCC is seeking dynamic adjunct faculty to teach in the Hospitality Department beginning Fall Semester. All positions have a required on campus component.

CUL-135 Culinary Foundations 2 (IN-PERSON, Tue & Thu, 3:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m.)
CUL-215 Culinary Foundations 3 (IN-PERSON, Tue & Thu, 8:30 a.m. - 2:15 p.m.)

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts or Associate Degree in Culinary with relevant work experience.
- Ability to demonstrate and teach professional service and sanitation skills.
- Commitment to advancing equity and access in the classroom.
- College teaching experience, especially at community college level, preferred.
- Proven ability to work with a diverse faculty, staff and student population.
- ServSafe certified.
- Maintains high standards for kitchen and food preparation sanitation.
Additional Information:
Salary: $1,512.00 Per Credit Hour
Effective Date: Open until filled
