Are you outgoing, motivated, and passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Five Star Chevrolet is looking for a BDC Sales Agent to be the first point of contact for our customers and help drive our dealership's success.
As a BDC Sales Agent, you'll connect with customers through phone calls, emails, texts, and online inquiries, schedule appointments, and create a positive first impression that leads to vehicle sales.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and emails
- Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain communication
- Confirm appointments and maximize customer show rates
- Update customer information in the CRM system
- Provide outstanding customer service while helping achieve dealership sales goals
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong computer and multitasking skills
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Must be willing to submit to a drug and background screen prior to employment
