• Directional Drill Operator
• Locator
• Mini Excavator Operator / Laborer
• General Laborer

Location: Traveling

Employment Type: Full-Time, In-House Crew (No subcontractors)

We are expanding our in-house telecom drilling crews to support ongoing underground fiber construction projects. These roles are hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to safe, accurate installation of underground utilities. We’re looking for reliable, experienced crew members who take pride in quality work, teamwork, and maintaining a safe jobsite.

• Lead daily crew operations and jobsite workflow
• Coordinate with project managers and inspectors
• Ensure safety compliance, quality standards, and accurate documentation
• Oversee drill shots, locates, potholing, and restoration

• Operate HDD rigs for fiber and conduit installation
• Read and interpret prints, bore plans, and utility maps
• Perform safe and accurate drill shots in various soil conditions
• Maintain equipment and perform daily inspections

• Track drill head using locating equipment
• Communicate bore path, depths, and adjustments to the operator
• Identify and avoid existing utilities
• Assist with potholing and jobsite prep

• Operate mini excavators for potholing and trenching
• Assist with hand digging, site cleanup, and restoration
• Load/unload materials and support drill operations

• Support all phases of underground construction
• Hand digging, potholing, cleanup, and material handling
• Assist operators and locators as needed

• Experience in telecom, underground utilities, or HDD drilling
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Consistent attendance
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus)
