  • Write, test, and maintain code using PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML.
  • Implement security updates, apply maintenance fixes, and follow appropriate development practices to help protect websites and customer data.
  • Collaborate with team members to clarify requirements, provide technical updates, and deliver project milestones within agreed deadlines.
  • Support ongoing improvements and technical enhancements based on project priorities and evolving business needs.
Requirements
  • Between one and three years of hands-on experience in Magento 2 development, customization, and maintenance.
  • Practical knowledge of PHP and MySQL, with the ability to develop and troubleshoot e-commerce functionality.
  • Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML for storefront customization and web development.
  • Experience customizing Magento themes, modules, extensions, and storefront components.
  • Understanding of third-party API integrations, payment gateway configurations, and shipping service integrations.
  • Ability to identify and resolve technical issues, debug code, and improve website performance.
  • Awareness of website security practices, software updates, and ongoing e-commerce platform maintenance.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to producing clean, reliable, and maintainable code.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to understand project requirements and work independently when needed.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to deliver assigned tasks within agreed timelines in a remote working environment.
  • Availability for part-time contractual work, with flexibility to support project-based or monthly engagements. Immediate availability is preferred.

  • Part-time flexibility: Balance professional commitments with flexible working hours based on project needs.
  • Contractual engagement: Choose from project-based assignments or monthly contract arrangements, depending on business requirements.
  • Experience-based compensation: Compensation is determined by your experience, technical expertise, and the scope of work.
  • Practical development experience: Work on real-world Magento 2 e-commerce projects and strengthen your technical skills.
