Location: Neenah, WI

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: $18.00/hour | 6AM – 2PM
• 3rd Shift: $20.00/hour | 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM | Four 10-hour shifts per week

Job Responsibilities

As a Forklift Operator, you will help ensure materials are moved, stored, and prepared for shipment accurately and safely. Responsibilities include:

• Operate a stand-up forklift to move products and materials throughout the facility.
• Load and unload shipments and transport pallets to designated storage areas.
• Stack and organize products in the correct warehouse locations.
• Scan pallets and verify inventory locations using an RF scanner when required.
• Inspect loads to ensure they are secure before moving.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report equipment or product damage.
• Assist with moving materials to production areas and machine hoppers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and operating instructions.

Qualifications

• Previous forklift operating experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a stand-up forklift.
• Current forklift certification in accordance with applicable OSHA standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, walk, bend, and stoop as needed.
• Ability to judge distances and heights and safely maneuver materials.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to follow instructions.
