Full-Time/Part-Time Breast Radiologist | Mon-Fri Schedule | Mendocino County, CA in Mendocino, California at Imagen Technologies

We are seeking a board-certified Breast Radiologist to join a high-performing hospital in Ukiah, California. This is a unique opportunity to join a technology-forward, physician-led practice where clinical quality is our paramount priority. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining the breast imaging program at Ukiah and supporting regional growth across a high-performing hospital network.

FTE flexibility from 0.5 FTE up to 1.0 FTE is available for the right candidate.

• Procedure Focus: This role involves a full suite of on-site breast procedures, including:

◦ Ultrasound-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement

◦ Mammographic-guided breast biopsy with localization device placement

◦ Ultrasound-guided breast cyst aspiration

• Clinical Leadership: You will play a key role in clinical leadership, defining standards and optimizing workflows

• Cross-site Coverage: Occasional cross-coverage within the network as needed

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. (Reduced schedule may be available.)

• Compensation: $500,000+ for the full-time position; part-time scaled proportionally

• Location: Onsite or hybrid, hospital setting in Ukiah, CA (Mendocino County)

• Call Expectations: None

• Time Off: 10 weeks of paid time off per year for the Full Time position (42 weeks on-site)

• Board-certified (ABR or ABOR) Radiologist

• Breast radiology fellowship training required

• Ability to obtain an active medical license in California

• Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset to help shape the local imaging program
