Position Summary

At Jet Aviation, we transform vision into airborne luxury. As our Completion Program Director, you will lead large-scale, high-value VIP aircraft completion programs and ensure each one reflects the innovation, precision, and craftsmanship that define our brand.

Your role

• Be a Strategic Integrator: Act as the key link between customers, internal teams, and executive leadership. Translate client vision into actionable strategies, ensuring alignment across functions while upholding Jet Aviation's commitment to excellence and precision.
• Drive Excellence in Execution: Lead complex, multi-million-dollar programs with discipline and agility. Anticipate and mitigate risks using a data-driven approach, ensuring on-time delivery and uncompromising quality that meets both regulatory standards and customer expectations.
• Shape Negotiation and Influence Outcomes: Own the negotiation strategy throughout the program lifecycle. Build trust, align diverse stakeholders, and achieve outcomes that balance commercial success with long-term partnership value. Empower individuals to solve complex challenges and deliver superior results.
• Represent Jet Aviation with Distinction: Serve as an ambassador of Jet Aviation and the General Dynamics network. Engage confidently with customers, partners, and industry leaders, exemplifying integrity, professionalism, and the pursuit of excellence in every interaction

• Skilled in program and project management, bringing structure, foresight, and precision to every phase of execution.
• Highly financially savvy, with strong business acumen and full P&L ownership experience.
• A data-driven decision maker, using analytics and risk management to guide performance and achieve operational excellence.
