Job Description
Position Summary:
The Project Coordinator assists in the daily gathering, assembly, and management of all production documentation and data necessary to support maintenance and repair activities. This role is responsible for ensuring proper work instructions, signature sign-offs, and compliance with Repair Station mandated documentation. Tasks include preparing and maintaining work orders, non-routines, job cards, technical data, and customer workscope packages for issuance to the Production and Quality Assurance (QA) departments.
Our ideal candidate possesses strong data entry skills, experience with AvSight and Quantum Control software, and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform all work in strict compliance with LCI’s Repair Station Manual (RSM) and Quality Control Manual (QCM).
- Coordinate daily activities with PMO and QA teams to meet production goals, including scheduling, sequencing, issuance, collection, and status updates for all work performed.
- Build and maintain Work Order (WO) data requirements to support non-routine tasks.
- Compile, verify, and organize data according to priorities to prepare source information for computer entry.
- Review data for accuracy and completeness, correcting errors or discrepancies when identified.
- Research and obtain missing or incomplete documentation as needed.
- Apply established data management procedures and techniques.
- Generate and distribute production control reports.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records; scan, file, and print documents when required.
- Ensure compliance with data integrity, confidentiality, and security policies.
- Provide responsive support for information queries and ensure accessibility of relevant files.
- Operate and maintain office equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional computer or data management training preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (LCI is a drug-free workplace).
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or similar clerical roles.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, AvSight and Quantum Control software.
- Familiarity with administrative and production documentation processes.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Excellent spelling, grammar, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently when required.
Preferred Attributes:
- Knowledge of FAA Repair Station processes and documentation standards.
- Proven track record in data accuracy, scheduling, and team coordination.
- Experience in audit preparation and compliance record maintenance.
Working Conditions:
- Combination of office and production floor environments.
- Must be able to walk, stand, and conduct audits or training in active operational areas.
