At Teriyaki Madness (TMAD), we are doing something right. We're a fast-casual Asian restaurant concept serving up quality, fresh, Made-to-Order Teriyaki bowls. We have a lot of fun, we work hard, and we treat our team like family. We're looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager who is ready to lead a powerhouse team, crush operational goals, and spread the joy of teriyaki to our community.

You're the boss of the shop. You'll be responsible for the overall operations, profitability, and vibe of the restaurant:

• Lead the Madness: Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of shift leaders and crew members.
• Own the Numbers: Manage inventory, control food and labor costs, handle scheduling, and drive top-line sales growth.
• Keep it Fresh & Fast: Ensure our big, bold bowls are prepared to exact brand standards and served with lightning speed.
• Master the Flow: Oversee the dine-in experience, delivery apps, curbside pickup, and catering orders without breaking a sweat.
• Safety First: Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant organization.

• Experience: 2+ years of restaurant management experience (Fast-Casual or QSR background highly preferred).
• Leadership Style: You lead from the front. You're not afraid to jump on the wok line, prep veggies, or work the register during a heavy rush.
• The Vibe: High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for great customer service.
• The Brains: Strong organizational skills, basic computer/POS literacy, and a solid understanding of restaurant P&L metrics.
• Availability: Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Certifications: Valid ServSafe Manager certification (or ability to obtain one quickly).
