Position Description
Directly support the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), F/A-18 & EA-18G Fleet Support Team (FST) at Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) Naval Air Station (NAS) North Island, California. Duties will include:
- Analyze and coordinate logistical functions in support of multiple engineering and sustainment efforts, including:
Structural
Avionics/Electrical Engineering
RDT&E (Research, Development, Test & Evaluation)
SLAP/SLEP (Service Life Assessment/Extension Programs)
OOR (Out of Reporting)
ISR (In-Service Repairs)
- Support high-tempo kitting operations associated with airframe changes, adapting to fast-paced and shifting requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Assist in tracking and managing over 4,000 components across 361 part numbers, ensuring alignment with evolving directives from PMA-265 and other operational stakeholders.
- Coordinate procurement, inventory control, collaboration with FRCSW manufacturing, and outbound logistics to meet mission timelines and support readiness.
Desired Experience:
- Familiarity with logistics systems and tools including:
- ATLS
- OneTouch
- WebFLIS
- Navy ERP
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Current Secret clearance is required.
No per diem. Work location at NAS North Island, CA area. Start date is ASAP.
Job is expected to last 6 months to 1 year.
Base Salary Range: $35.00-45.00
This base pay range is specific to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Rhode Island, and Washington, and any other state that may require such disclosure. Compensation in other geographies may vary.

Minimum Experience Requirements:
Has three (3) to 10 years of experience in Management, Technical or Business analysis disciplines.
Minimum Education Requirements:
BS or BA degree in Engineering, Logistics, Science or a "Relevant Technical Discipline." (6 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.)
Minimum Physical Requirements:
Must be able to sit and stand for extended periods, in an office environment.
